My kid spent a whole afternoon carefully painting the little penguin, and the eight paint colors gave her plenty of options for the details. The ceramic surface held the acrylic nicely without any drips.

The two metallic paints were the surprise hit with my daughter, who insisted the penguin needed a sparkly belly. It kept her busy for a solid hour on a snow day, and the ceramic took the acrylic without any fuss.

The penguin comes already formed, so my daughter could start painting right out of the box without any prep mess. Eight little paint pots was more than enough for two full coats, and she's already asking to do it again.
